Version: 1.0
Last updated: October 2026. Issued by Zuno Group Ltd.
1. What this offer is
Zuno Group Ltd (Zuno) may email a one-off signup bonus offer to someone who has started signing up to work with Zuno as a Service Operative and has not yet finished. These terms explain how the offer works. They form part of every offer Zuno makes, and apply to it as it was made.
An offer is made only by that email. It is for the person it was sent to, and it can be claimed once.
Every offer email has an unsubscribe link.
2. The offer
Your offer email states the bonus, the number of qualifying jobs and the period for them. The offers Zuno makes are for a bonus of £150 for completing 10 qualifying jobs within two months of the day you are approved.
To be paid the bonus you must:
- finish signing up by the deadline in your offer email (section 3); and
- once you are approved, complete the qualifying jobs within the period (sections 4 and 5).
3. Finishing signing up
The deadline is the end of the 30th day after the day your offer email was sent, UK time. Your offer email gives the date.
You have finished signing up when you have completed every step of the Zuno Operative signup, so that your application is waiting for Zuno to review it. You do not need to be approved by the deadline: the time Zuno takes to review your application does not count against it.
Zuno checks whether you have finished every hour. If you finish shortly after the deadline, before Zuno next checks, you are treated as having finished in time.
If you have not finished signing up by the deadline, the offer ends.
4. The period for your jobs
The period starts on the day Zuno approves you to work, and ends at the end of the same date two months later, UK time, or at the end of the last day of that month if it is shorter. If Zuno does not approve your application, no bonus is paid.
5. Qualifying jobs
A job counts towards your bonus if all of these are true:
- it is a booking you accepted;
- it is a real booking, paid for by the customer;
- you completed every car on it yourself;
- nothing was reported on it, for any reason, no car on it was refunded, and none of your pay for it was cancelled;
- you attended it yourself: no stand-in or substitute was engaged on it;
- it is not your own: not booked from your own account, email address or phone number, and not at your own address; and
- you completed its last car within the period in section 4.
A job counts once it is final: when the 48 hours a customer has to report a problem after its last car have passed, and your pay for it has been paid. A job you complete within the period still counts if it becomes final after the period ends.
6. Payment
When your last qualifying job becomes final, Zuno records your bonus. Zuno checks every bonus before paying it. Once checked, it is paid to your Zuno payout account, with a statement for the payment. If you have not set up your payout account, it is paid once you have.
No bonus is paid while your account is suspended. If Zuno closes your account, for any reason, a bonus not yet paid is not paid while it stays closed.
Once paid, the bonus is yours. Zuno will not ask for it back, except where it was obtained by fraud or abuse.
Zuno will not pay a bonus that does not meet these terms, or that is claimed by fraud or in breach of the Zuno Operative Agreement.
7. Your offer stays as it was made
Once Zuno has made you an offer, it will not cancel it or change its terms. Zuno may stop making new offers, or change these terms for offers it makes later, at any time. Neither affects an offer already made.
8. More
These terms sit beside the Zuno Operative Agreement, which governs the work itself. How Zuno uses your information for this offer is in the Privacy Policy. Questions about your offer: [email protected].
